By accessing or using SBuzz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

We reserve the right to modify, amend or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of SBuzz following any updates constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised terms.

To place an order you need an SBuzz account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

• Wallet: You add money to your SBuzz wallet through our payment partner, Paystack. Orders are paid from your wallet balance the moment you place them.
• Quotes: Before you confirm an order you are shown the quantity, the price per 1,000 and the exact total. By confirming, you agree to that price.
• Limits: Each service has its own minimum and maximum quantity, and there are minimum top-up and order amounts. These are shown before you pay.
• Refunds: Where an order qualifies for a refund, the money is returned to your wallet. See our Refund Policy.

SBuzz provides automated social media growth and promotional services designed to enhance online visibility across supported third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Spotify, X and others.

• Public visibility: Target social media accounts or posts must remain set to public for the entire duration of service delivery. If an account is set to private during order fulfilment, processing will fail and may be marked as complete without eligibility for a refund.
• Account integrity: You agree not to use SBuzz for any accounts or content that promote hate speech, harassment, illegal acts, copyright infringement, adult content or violence. We reserve the right to reject orders targeting such content without notice.
• Engagement disclaimer: While we deliver the quantity of the metric you select (for example follower counts, view numbers or like tallies), SBuzz does not guarantee ongoing activity, continuous engagement or specific interactions from delivered profiles.

SBuzz operates independently and is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Spotify, X, or any other platform we support, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

You acknowledge that using third-party promotional services may carry risks regarding the terms of service of those platforms. SBuzz assumes no responsibility or liability for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account restrictions, suspensions, shadowbans or content removal.

SBuzz does not guarantee that any delivered metric will remain on your account or content for any length of time. Drops are a known characteristic of this type of service and are not considered a failed delivery. Replacement is available only where a service explicitly states refill coverage, and only within that stated window (see our Refund Policy). By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Delivery estimates shown on the website or in marketing materials are approximations based on historical data. Order start times and completion rates vary depending on platform updates, server loads and the target quantity.

Placing multiple concurrent orders for the same target handle or post link, on SBuzz or across different providers, before a previous order finishes may cause delivery overlaps. SBuzz is not responsible for unfulfilled quantities resulting from overlapping concurrent orders.

SBuzz will never request your social media password, two-factor authentication codes or direct account credentials. Order processing requires only a public handle or direct content URL. You are solely responsible for ensuring the target information you submit when ordering is accurate.

In no event shall SBuzz, its operators, employees or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
