Refund Policy
Our rules for delivery guarantees, order cancellations and refunds, which always go back to your wallet.
Last updated 3 November 2026
Refund Eligibility
Because social media growth services are digital, orders on SBuzz become non-refundable once automated processing begins, except in the following circumstances. Every approved refund is returned to your SBuzz wallet, where you can use it on a new order.
- Unfulfilled orders: if an order cannot be delivered, or processing fails to start within 72 hours of successful payment confirmation because of a fault on our side, you are eligible for a full refund to your wallet.
- Partial delivery: if an order can only be partly fulfilled because of service limitations, the undelivered share is refunded to your wallet, calculated on the quantity that was not delivered.
- Unserviceable targets: if a service becomes permanently unavailable or disabled before your order starts, the amount you paid is refunded to your wallet.
You can see the refunded amount in your wallet history.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds or chargebacks will not be approved in these cases:
- Private accounts: the target profile or post was set to private before or during delivery.
- Incorrect target: an incorrect, mistyped or invalid username, handle or URL was submitted when ordering.
- Completed deliveries: the ordered service has been delivered to the handle or post you gave us.
- Overlapping orders: multiple orders were placed for the same target before the first finished, on SBuzz or with other providers.
- Account changes: the target username was changed, or the content or account was deleted, while delivery was active.
Refill Policy
Social media platforms regularly run maintenance and account clean-ups that can cause natural drops in counts.
Important: delivered followers, likes and views are not permanent, and we do not guarantee they will stay. A later drop in count is not grounds for a refund. Only services that explicitly include refill coverage qualify for a refill, and only within the stated refill window.
If a service explicitly includes refill coverage and the count falls below the ordered amount during that window, you can request a refill by sending your Order ID to customer support. A refill restores the count to the amount you ordered.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Please do not open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting SBuzz support about any problem with an order or top-up. Fraudulent chargebacks filed for delivered orders will result in your email address and target handles being permanently blocked from the platform.
