Can I see the price before I order?
Yes. Every order starts with a quote that shows the quantity, the price per 1,000 and the exact total. You only confirm once you've seen it.
How do I pay?
You add money to your wallet through Paystack, then orders are paid from your balance the moment you place them. Every top-up and every charge is listed in your wallet history.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order shows its status as it moves from queued to completed, along with how much has been delivered so far. You also get an email when the order is placed and when it's completed.
How long does delivery take?
Each service shows an estimated time before you order. After that you can watch the order move through queued, processing, in progress and completed, with delivery progress updating as it goes.
What do I need to give you?
