How we gather, process and protect your information at SBuzz.
Last updated 3 November 2026
What We Collect
We collect only what we need to run your account and fulfil your orders:
- Account details: your email address and password (needed to sign up and log in), plus your name and phone number if you choose to add them. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile details from Google.
- Order details: the public usernames, channel handles or post links you submit, the quantity and service you choose, and the status of each order.
- Wallet and payment records: top-up and order transactions, plus the reference IDs and status confirmations our payment partner sends back. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
- Messages: your name, email address and message if you contact us.
- Technical data: basic browser information, IP addresses and standard server logs, used for security, fraud prevention and performance monitoring.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only for core operational and transactional purposes, including:
- Creating and securing your account, and keeping your wallet balance accurate.
- Fulfilling, processing and delivering your orders.
- Sending transactional emails, such as verification codes, password resets and order updates, and replying to support requests.
- Detecting, preventing and reducing fraud and misuse of the platform.
We do not sell, rent, trade or lease your personal information or email address to third-party marketers or advertising networks.
We Never Ask for Your Social Media Passwords
SBuzz works with public handles and links only. We will never ask for the passwords, administrative access or access tokens of your social media profiles.
Third-Party Services
We share the minimum necessary information with the services that help us run SBuzz:
- Payments: top-ups are processed by Paystack, which handles your card or bank details under its own privacy and security standards.
- Sign-in: Google, if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
- Delivery partners: the target handle or link and quantity of an order are passed to the providers that deliver it.
- Email and hosting: services that send our emails and host the platform.
Cookies & Local Storage
SBuzz uses essential cookies and browser storage only to keep you signed in, protect forms and make pages work properly. One small cookie simply tells our website whether you appear to be logged in, so we can show the right buttons; it contains no secrets. We do not use tracking pixels or persistent cross-site behavioural tracking.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep account and order records only for as long as needed to run your account, track fulfilment, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data, or your historical order contact records, by contacting our support team. Some records may need to be kept where the law or an open dispute requires it.
Email [email protected] or use the contact form to make a request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with its "last updated" date at the top.
