How is the price calculated?
Every service has a price per 1,000. Choose a quantity and the total is that price scaled to your quantity. The quote shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Each service is priced on its own, depending on the platform, the type of service and how it is delivered. Compare them in the price list on this page.
What happens if an order isn't fully delivered?
If only part of an order is delivered, the undelivered share is refunded to your wallet. If an order fails, you are refunded in full.
Is there a minimum order or top-up?
Yes. Every service has a minimum and maximum quantity, and there is a minimum top-up and a minimum order amount. You see them before you pay.
How do I pay?
You add money to your wallet through Paystack, then orders are paid from your balance the moment you place them. Every top-up and every charge is listed in your wallet history.
